Kindward Technology Ltd offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on purchases made through the Kindward service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you purchased with, or
- Email us at hello@kindward.co with your order details and we will help you process the refund.
Refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
